Estate Valuation: Property Assets


Stanley Fleming organises the valuation of all types of property - residential, agricultural, commercial property, a plot of land - Stanley Fleming will call upon our Panel of Experts and present you with up to three valuers with the relevant property type and geographic experience. You simply review their credential and proposals, and nominate one.

We do the rest

To start the valuation process, all we need are the following details on the property: the address, a brief description of it and estimated value. Once you have entered these details in our Case Management System, we take care of the valuation process, leaving you paperwork free.

Maintaining the Value of the Property

Property is likely to be the most valuable asset in an estate. There is inevitably an interval - up to, and after, the granting of probate - during which the property will require upkeep and maintenance. First, however, it is critical that all insurances on the property continue without interruption.

A telephone call to us is all that is needed to ensure that the insurance cover on key assets remains in place. Stanley Fleming can organise rolling monthly cover.

Record the condition of the property

We arrange for photographers (either stills or video footage) to be taken of the house.

We have selected a group of specialists, working to your brief but under our direction to deal with maintenance of the house, upkeep of gardens and lawns -all the things which should be done to maintain value.
